This qualification requires high levels of customer satisfaction and experience in multiple Microsoft products. In the process of becoming Certified, Mainstayhas had to send detailed documentation regarding work done from installing or upgrading their Small Business Servers to Exchange Migrations to PC and Microsoft Office installations. This certification is reviewed monthly by Microsoft to verify that Mainstays level of support and knowledge is consistent. Then the certification has to be completely renewed every year. Mainstays extensive knowledge in Microsoft server and PC operating systems, Office packages and varying hardware platforms positioned us to achieving this certification.

One of the most important things for Mainstayis that when we partner with a company it is because that company’s solution is the BEST in the business. This is what led us to partner with ThinPrint. ThinPrint is a software solution partner specializing in solutions for Citrix and Terminal Server printing. This solution allows for driverless printing depending on the installation type, bandwidth modulation, tracking of print jobs and much more. With this software there is no longer a need to load any printer drivers on a Citrix or Terminal Server!
ThinPrint also provide software that allows for printing from a BlackBerry or Windows mobile devices to network or Blue Tooth printers, to send and receive faxes from these devices, browse network shares to attach or read documents and to save documents directly to a PC or laptop.
