Ryan has been in the IT consulting industry for many years and founded the company that became Mainstay Technologies in 2004. He is currently the president of Mainstay Technologies and uses his experience and expertise to leverage technology for Mainstay's clients.

Experience:

With nearly a decade of experience as a computer consultant, Ryan has worked helped plan for, install, and support numerous technologies for clients across many industries.

Hobbies:

Founding and running businesses, riding motorcycles, reading literature, spending time with friends and family. Ryan also serves on the boards of Laconia Christian School and the Laconia Area Community Land Trust.

About:

A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Jeremy is an extremely skilled network technician and is the team’s resident server, VPN, and security expert. He is in charge of all partnerships at Mainstay as well as heading up the network engineering division.

Experience:

Jeremy has been supporting numerous clients in the New England area for the last 11+ years. He is experienced in deploying a wide variety of products and supporting numerous industries.

Hobbies:

Spending time with his family, riding motorcycles, playing bass, and playing Xbox

About:

Melissa is in charge of all finance and administration at Mainstay Technologies. She is central to the company's smooth operation and the support for all administration of providing IT services to our clients.

Experience:

Melissa has been working in the I.T. industry for many years and is very skilled at making sure clients get taken care of quickly and effectively.

Hobbies:

Flute playing, preserving nature (specifically wolves), crafts, and spending time with family.

With several years of PC and network experience, Dan provides excellent computer and network support to our clients. With excellent troubleshooting and setup experience, Dan’s skills are relied on for a wide variety of clients, projects, and support services.

Experience:

Dan has been an IT professional since 2008 and is currently achieving his Masters in Information Technology.

Hobbies:

Skiing in the winter, hiking and camping in the summer, blues guitar, banjo, and spending time friends and family.

A key member of our server engineering and support team, Steve brings his extensive experience to serving our clients. As one who thrives under pressure, Steve handles network emergencies with ease, engineers new networks, and provides top level support to our clients.

Experience:

Steve has over 15 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry. He has served both as network administrator for large companies and as network engineer, consulting to small businesses. His certifications include MCSE, CCNA, CNE, and Microsoft Small Business Specialist.

Hobbies:

Spending time with my wife and friends, relaxing at the beach, sailing and photography.

Scott is the head of Mainstay Technologies development division for websites, database, and RichClient custom applications. His years of experience, unwavering commitment to quality, and dedication to Mainstay Technologies clients make him an integral part of the Mainstay Technologies team. Scott's programming proficiencies include SQL, mySQL, C#, .NET framework, PHP, Photoshop, Apache, Linux, Microsoft networks, and more.

Experience:

Scott’s programming projects have included developing controller software for the million dollar Compaq Proliant ML770 servers, developing steering gear calibration software for TRW Koyo, developing luminescent bulb calibration software used by large corporations, and developing numerous websites and custom software applications and solutions

FraggedNation.com, working out, Aiki Kempo karate, taking care of his pit bulls, good wine, friends and family

As the office and administrative assistant, Keren is a key player in the team, providing customer service, answering phones, placing orders for clients, tracking warranties, and performing many other crucial tasks.

Experience:

Keren has years of customer support experience with several companies. She is also accomplished in the IT industry and has achieved an MCTIP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional): Enterprise Administrator certification.

Hobbies:

Cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.

About:

Rick is a highly skilled IT consultant and project engineer. With extensive experience in providing both best practices engineering and quality ongoing support, Rick is both a project leader and client consultant at Mainstay.

Experience:

In addition to extensive engineering and consulting experience, Rick is a Microsoft Certified Trainer who formerly led certification classes – training network administrators and engineers in best practices and helping them achieve advanced certifications. He has over a decade of IT experience and his credentials include MCITP: Enterprise Administrator, A+, Security+, MCSE, and MCT, among others.

Hobbies:

Spending time with family and friends, boating, football, golfing, and listening to music.

About:

Jaimal is the head of Mainstay Technologies ERP division for Microsoft Dynamics GP, AX and all Business Software. With 10 years as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Business Software Consultant he brings an extensive amount of experience to the team in Network, System Design and Systems Integration. With his wide range of skills he can help any client become more efficient and stable with their Information Technology.

Experience:

Jaimal has worked in New England and the New York area for about 10 years. During that time he has worked with hundreds of companies, helping with everything from Network Design to Data Warehousing Solutions to Systems Integration. He has worked with numerous technologies including Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Dynamics GP, AX and CRM, Sharepoint Server and Citrix Systems.

Hobbies:

Hiking and camping, music, boating and traveling.

About:

Steve has over well over 10 years’ experience as an IT consultant and network professional. He is an integral part of project implementations and ongoing service for clients of Mainstay. He and his wife moved to New Hampshire recently from Wisconsin and live in central NH.

Steve holds his MCITP: Enterprise Administrator certification from Microsoft and has other certifications and professional training. He has experience in many technologies and multiple industries, with over a decade of professional system administration and consulting.

Hobbies:

Hiking and camping with our black lab, home remodeling, and some Xbox time during bad weather.

About:

Brock is a highly experienced and certified network engineer, with extensive qualifications in both Microsoft and Linux environments. He moved to New Hampshire from Tucson Arizona in 2011, where he headed up a leading IT consulting firm. He joined the Mainstay team and plays an important role in providing service and project engineering to our clients.

Experience:

Brock has over 11 years professional consulting experience, in both Microsoft and Linux environments across different industries. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.

Hobbies:

Hobbies include spending time with the family, staying active with the Cub Scouts, hanging out near large bodies of water, and fixing up the home.

About:

Ryan’s role at Mainstay is to ensure that we maintain and develop positive relationships with our clients. It is our belief that we can only develop our business by helping our clients develop theirs. His business development expertise is an important part of Mainstay's website development projects, as Ryan works with clients to develop the right strategies and ways to leverage social media tools.

Experience:

Ryan was previously the Director of a local non-profit and, therefore, brings to Mainstay a commitment, not just to developing our organization, but to developing our community as a whole. He has an extensive background in teaching and development.

Hobbies:

Reading classic literature, discussing theology and philosophy, teaching, and spending quality and quantity time with his wife and two children.

About:

Jason works in the Mainstay office assisting clients remotely, working on desktop computers, managing orders, answering phones, and generally assisting the Mainstay team and clients.

With office management and computer experience, Jason’s assistance is crucial to smooth operations at Mainstay.

Spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter, golfing (when we let him!), and the Red Sox.

Eric is part of the Network Support team here at Mainstay Technologies. Eric uses his extensive knowledge of computers and networks to provide support for the computers, printers, and servers for medium and large sized networks.

Experience:

Eric is a Microsoft Certified Professional who has been working full-time as a computer consultant for last 4 years. He is experienced in providing support for numerous industries including medical practices, county facilities, municipalities, financial offices and more.

Hobbies:

Playing guitar, watching The Office, Boston Red Sox, giving to the local community

About:

Justin leads website projects for Mainstay clients. His extensive experience in web development and consulting enables him to develop the best web strategies to improve business for our clients online.

Experience:

An accomplished designer and developer, Justin has a decade of high-end development, design, and programming experience.
Over the last few years, he has been involved in the requirements assessment, planning, and business strategies of large scale websites.

Hobbies:

Websites. That is pretty much all he thinks about.
Also spending time with friends and family, running, mountain biking, gardening, and cooking. Justin has just recently joined the steering committee for the Lakes Region Young Professionals organization.
