When not in front of a computer…
You’ll find me at the gym and lifting weights or hiking the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire. It’s important to keep your mind and body both in shape, both should operate in sync!
What was your first memory of using computers?
My father came home with a PC with a free trial of America Online. I remember hearing the horrid dial-up noise as the machine connected to the internet and being impressed when it finally did connect (of course by today’s standards that long of a wait is just unacceptable). It was exciting to test the internet out and to do my first Google images search of Spider-Man.
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
If I could get an extra 5 hours during the week, I would use that time to study more and continue to learn more skills for my IT profession.
What was the last great book you read?
No Easy Day by Mark Owen. I am a former active-duty US Army infantryman and people like SEAL Team 6 are idols to me. What they do and sacrifice every day for us is nothing short of incredible and I am forever thankful we have such brave professionals serving our country.
