When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…
In the winter months I really enjoy snowboarding. I’ve been going to Pat’s Peak and Gunstock since I was young. In the summer months, I spend a lot of time out on the water both boating and wakeboarding. My other hobbies include Dungeons and Dragons as well as photography; I am always on the lookout for a good photoshoot opportunity!
What was the last great book you read?
The last great book I read was when I revisited The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. I normally enjoy reading historical fiction or non-fiction, but this book is a timeless classic and such a fun read – not hard at all to go back!
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
If I had an extra 5 hours every week, I’d spend the time catching up on various personal projects or drawing. I’ve always enjoyed drawing, but never seem to be able to find as much time as I’d like to for it.
If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and what would you do (or why would you do it)?
I’ve always been interested in visiting Iceland. I was originally drawn to the idea when I saw photographs of the gorgeous countryside, and I ended up putting a lot of time into planning a trip. The rich culture is very interesting to me, and the hot springs are something that everyone should have a chance to experience (especially the blue lagoon)!
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
My musical taste is eclectic, but I primarily find myself listening to alternative bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers or Gorillaz, and Indie Rock like Arctic Monkeys and Neutral Milk Hotel. I also enjoy listening to podcasts from time to time, with some of my favorites being Critical Role and Ear Biscuits.
Favorite sports teams?
The only sport I really watch is hockey, and I am a fan of both the L.A. Kings and the Boston Bruins. I also find it hard to escape football season here in New England, though, and I have come to like the Patriots as a result!
