What is your role at Mainstay?
My primary role at Mainstay is to continually grow and maintain quality relationships with our clients. I do this by quickly, efficiently, and effectively addressing any issues they encounter to keep their systems running optimally.
What was your first memory of using computers?
My first memory of using a computer was on a Commodore 64. I knew enough to load Attack of the Blue Meanies and play it. That was an impressive feat back then!
When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…
Happy! I love pending time with family and friends, seeking nature, reading, and staying fit.
What is a silly or interesting event that you’ve participated in previously, and what did you take away from the experience?
I recently participated in a “Tough Mudder” event. Although I’ve always enjoyed doing physical events like hiking, kayaking, sports, exercising, etc., I never participated in any team driven physically challenging events. I was worried it would be a seriously hard event, and it was indeed challenging, but as it turns out, I climb like a monkey, and when there was mud and obstacles, I tended to lead, assist, and encourage others.
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
If I could, I’d save all the hours up for a few years, and then I’d have a couple months of time to play with! Seriously though, I’d spend more quality time with family and friends. If I was alone, I would be spending time outdoors.
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
When I am at Mainstay, most of what I listen to is our amazing Response Services team! It’s great to hear a team of professionals providing outstanding support to their customers.
What is one thing you love about your career?
I love helping people. Technology is always exciting for me as it’s constantly changing and often challenging. Everyone just wants it to work, but when it doesn’t, the sooner you can get them up and running, the better.
What is one thing everyone should know about Mainstay Technologies?
Believe the hype! It’s truly an impressive team to be a part of, and it is amazing to see how each individual links in so well to make the Mainstay team run like a well-oiled machine!
