What is your role at Mainstay?
My role at Mainstay is to ensure the client’s problems are resolved in a timely manner, while building relationships and ensuring their happiness.
What was your first memory of using computers?
We had one in the library in my middle school, I remember playing Oregon Trail. When I got to high school my mom finally decided to buy one. I remember it had a 75MHz processor with a 1GB hard drive. We were told we would never need more space than 1GB and that we could spend the rest of our lives trying to fill it up.

Enjoying time in the outdoors of New Hampshire. Or visiting family in Florida and enjoying the outdoors there as well. From kayaking, fishing, hiking: being outdoors and enjoying time with friends and family is what it’s all about. Also, a drive in the Jeep down the backroads, top-down, doors off.
What is something unique about you?
I am a transplant from Florida, yes, born and raised. I love living in New Hampshire. The cold doesn’t bother me, actually, I enjoy it!
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
I would probably spend more time with some of my hobbies, such as woodworking. Also, I would spend more time out and about with my boys, I especially enjoy fishing with them.
If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and why would you go there?
Alaska! I’ve always been interested in Alaska and a few years ago I began following the Iditarod Sled Dog Race. I would love to go there during the race (early March) and be there at the start in Anchorage, the restart in Willow and then make the trek to Nome to be there at the finish for all the mushers not just the leaders!
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
Typically, Country music but there is a wide variety I will listen to from Classic Rock to Classical.
What is your favorite sports team?
THE Florida Gators, doesn’t matter the sport, if the Gators are on, I try to watch it.
What is one thing you love about your career?
The feeling of accomplishment when helping a user and solving their issue, then seeing their excitement and relief that their problem has been resolved.
What is one thing that everyone should know about Mainstay?
In my first interview, two items stood out among Mainstay; the team and the customer service. My first day in the office I got to see this first hand. The dedication the team has not only extends to the clients but to the other team members. I am honored to say I am part of this team!
