Mainstay Technologies welcomes Paige Yeater to the team as Client Services Director. Yeater will work closely with clients in partnership with the Mainstay Technologies technical services team to develop, deliver, and execute information technology strategic plans, while also ensuring that clients receive the highest possible level of customer service.
“Paige has the perfect combination of operations, process improvement, and technology expertise coupled with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience to both new and existing customers,” said Ryan Barton, CEO of Mainstay Technologies. “Her track record of strong, multi-functional leadership, strategic vision and experience with large, complex initiatives will allow her to make an immediate and impactful contribution to the Mainstay team.”
Yeater was previously Regional Director of Customer Success at Benefitfocus where she was responsible for customer satisfaction and retention of approximately 140 clients ranging from 800 to 30,000 employees. Prior to that, she spent thirteen years at Blackbaud in a variety of roles ranging from customer service and training to management positions in the support education and customer experience areas. She also improved efficiencies and scalability through identifying business needs, simplifying processes, increasing automation and promoting collaboration with other departments. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas and an MBA from The Citadel.
