I have a Master’s Degree in Business from The Citadel, and have held Board of Director positions with Junior Achievement in South Carolina.
What was your first memory of using computers?
It was a Commodore 64 – right behind the burnt orange couch in our living room… also AOL dial up and anxiously waiting to see if “You’ve Got Mail”!
When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…
Spending time with family, at the gym, cooking, or taking my kids to sports practice!
What was the last great book you read?
I really liked the 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins. It’s about training yourself to stop thinking and start doing. There is a lot of science behind her technique that I find very interesting. I also love anything that Vince Flynn wrote, and the Harry Potter series, which I have read at least three times.
What is something unique about you?
I like to knit. It’s a skill that I recently acquired and was inspired by my grandmother. It has an interestingly calming affect once you get the hang of it.
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
Spend more time with my kids/family – hiking, boating, exploring NH!
If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and why would you go there?
I would probably go to Australia/New Zealand and Asia. I would love to experience those cultures with my kids and explore everything those countries have to offer. I think it would be a great learning opportunity for all of us!
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
I love upbeat music from any era – 60’s to today. Anything I can sing to and has a good beat! I try not to sing out loud for the benefit of my family and co-workers, but I am a rock star in my car!
Favorite sports team?
New England Patriots and any team my kids are playing on.
What is one thing you love about your career?
I have had the opportunity to hold a variety of different positions, working with different teams, customers and companies. The thing that I love most about my career now is the variety of work, the fast pace of the industry and the ability to continuously learn new things. I love to solve problems creatively and think outside the box and my career allows me to be creative and collaborate with great people!
