I was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin but grew up in Alton, NH.

What is your role at Mainstay?

As the People Support Specialist, I engage with the team through functions such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits, training, events, and compliance. I help to foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our People Support processes run smoothly. It is a value-driven, people-first role that allows me to demonstrate care for current and future team members while playing an integral part in helping to steward a great culture and expressing Mainstay’s care for the team.

When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…

Wherever my German Shepherd and my husband are! We love to be outdoors, whether that is doing yard work, having a fire, going on walks and hikes or spending time at the lake. While we do enjoy a good lazy day at home, the pup keeps us moving constantly!

What was the last great book you read?

The best book I have ever read, hands down, was “The Five People you Meet in Heaven” by Mitch Albom. In life nothing is random, everything happens for a reason and since reading this book that is something I truly believe and live by.

If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and why would you go there?

If I could go anywhere for a month I would love to be able to just drive across the country, with no exact destination. There is so much beauty right here in the US and I would love to have the opportunity to experience as much of it as I can.

What are you most frequently heard listening to?

I listen to just about anything from current hits to 90’s grunge but my heart lies in whatever genre The Lumineers are considered. I love music that feels cozy but I will never turn down a classic Blink 182 song either.  You name the song I have probably heard it and failed at trying to sing along to it.

What is your favorite sports team?

I was raised a Packer’s fan and now, by choice, I am still a cheesehead.

What is one thing you love about your career?

There is nothing more rewarding to me than knowing that I have done all I can to help someone. The best part about working in the customer service field is that every day we are faced with different tasks. It is never a dull moment and I truly love it!

What is one thing that everyone should know about Mainstay?

I have never worked for a more selfless company. Clients truly come first with the needs of the employee coming in close second. Everything about Mainstay is welcoming and honest. I couldn’t be more proud to say I am a part of this team.
