What was your first memory of using computers?
In high school I took a computer class setup with apple IIe systems. Although we didn’t become experts, we got the important items down: we learned enough to be able to play Oregon trail!
When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…
Working on projects around the house or taking quality time with family and friends, and spending time on the lake – no matter the season. The lake is a great spot for all sorts of great activities, like boating, swimming, skating, fishing, etc.. Whatever the day brings!
What was the last great book you read?
I typically read books from my kids’ reading list so we can discuss them together. “Anthem” by Ayn Rand is one of my recent favorites. Outside of the reading list, “The Phoenix Project” by Gene Kim tops the list.
What is something unique about you?
I spent several years learning to fly and earned my multi-engine instrument flight instructor rating which gave me the ability to teach others how to fly on my spare time. I haven’t flown in years, but I plan on getting back in the cockpit again soon!
If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and what would you do (or why would you do it)?
I would rent a house boat on Lake Mead to explore its coves and canyons, and relax on the secluded beaches. Lake Mead is also a great location for fishing and a variety of water sports like kayaking, paddle boarding, skiing, and wakeboarding. What better way to spend a month for a family that loves being on the water!
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
I really enjoy listening to a wide range of genres from Country, Classic Rock, and Pop to Classical Music. You may also find me listening to a few hit wonders of the 80’s and 90’s.
Favorite sports teams?
The four major NE Teams, of course: Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics, and Patriots!
