Hometown?
Derry, New Hampshire
What was your first memory of using computers?
It was playing the Blue’s Clues PC game Blue’s 123 Time Activities in my family room as a child, while wearing my Blue’s Clues towel robe.
When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…?
Switching screens to play Super Smash Brothers (Nintendo Switch counts as something different from a computer, right?), longboarding around town with my roommate, or going to a show at the Stone Church, a local music venue in Newmarket.
What was the last great book you read?
Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge. If you haven’t heard of Lucid Dreaming, I highly recommend you look into the infinite possibilities that can be unlocked by delving into your own subconscious. Also, I recommend watching the movie Waking Life if you need a little more inspiration.
What is something unique about you?
I have some pretty mean Yo-Yo skills. I always have one on me, so if you want to see some tricks feel free to ask.
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
With more time, I’d spend it learning. I’d work towards earning more IT certifications, learn new Yo-Yo tricks, learn about the world, and learn about myself.
If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be?
Germany. I have been studying the German language for over 10 years now and I would love the opportunity to hone my speaking skills through immersion. I’ve only been there once in high school when I was much less confident with the language. I’d like to see how much more comfortable I would be exploring the country with my current level of fluency.
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
Death Grips. It’s an acquired taste.
