What is your role at Mainstay?
My job is to build good, trusting relationships with clients, and resolve their technological issues in a timely manner. Technology is meant to make life easier, and I’m here to help keep it that way.
What was your first memory of using computers?
When I was eleven I used my family’s computer to play games. After breaking (and fixing) the family computer for a few years, I built my own, much to my mom’s relief.
What was the last great book you read?
The Stormlight Archive series from Brandon Sanderson! A teammate here at Mainstay got me interested in Sanderson about a year ago, and I’ve gone through 9 books of his since then. Highly recommended!
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
I’d probably spend more time cooking, as it’s one of my biggest hobbies!
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
Lofi hip hop, Japanese, and rock/pop are some of my favorite genres.
What is one thing you love about your career?
The sense of fulfillment you get from finally resolving a problem that’s been giving you a lot of trouble. Nothing beats that feeling of closing twenty-five Chrome tabs because something that was causing problems finally works again.
What is one thing everyone should know about Mainstay Technologies?
That everyone here seriously cares. They care about their impact, their clients well-being, and their personal growth.
