Hometown?

I grew up exploring the woods of Brentwood, NH with my two brothers.

What is your role at Mainstay?

As a Lead Client Services Manager, I build trusted relationships with clients throughout their time with Mainstay. Additionally, I support both the team and the client in ensuring a smooth service delivery process by facilitating strategic meetings, service updates, ongoing quality reviews, and bridging the technical team to the business.

What are your technology specialties?

My personal specialty is Office 365 and Exchange Online. I fell in love with the cloud platform and have been continually researching ways to leverage the technology to better serve everyone we work alongside!

What professional events do you participate in, or what skills or accomplishments have you attained, that sets you apart?

I graduated from NHTI with a degree in Information Technology and have continued to work to expand my IT expertise since then!

What was your first memory of using computers?

My first memories of using a computer would have been when I was around 6 or 7. My parents had an old Compaq computer in the basement that I would play games on and tinker with. From there I slowly became my family’s in-house IT guy! I worked on extremely advanced projects such as turning the wireless router on and off when necessary.

When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…

Either on a mountain snowboarding or in the gym breaking a sweat! Any place I’m being active is my happy place.

What was the last great book you read?

I’m in the process of reading “The Complete History of The World” by Richard Overy. It begins with the history of human origins and continues up to the present day. I’m a huge history/geography nerd and this book is full chock-full of it!

What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?

If I had an extra 5 hours in a week I’d probably spend it mastering a new skill of some kind, like learning a new instrument or finally figuring out how to catch that elusive third ball when juggling.

If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and what would you do (or why would you do it)?

I’d travel to France again to see some of my family, enjoy the amazing food, and try to relearn all the French that I’ve forgotten!

What are you most frequently heard listening to?

My friends have come to the consensus that I have the worst taste in music on the planet but I don’t think ska-punk is THAT bad.

Favorite sports teams?

I only follow the Patriots but I’m happy to blindly root for any Boston team.

What is one thing you love about your career?

The most rewarding aspect of my career is to see a strategic plan with a client go from an idea, to a project, to implementation. Nothing makes me happier than to hear how a recent project or upgrade has made a positive impact on the lives of our clients!

What is one thing everyone should know about Mainstay Technologies?

At Mainstay, the team truly cares about everyone we work with. Whether it’s other team members within Mainstay or our partners in business, all work is done with care. Not only does each of our teams deliver a service that is top notch technically, but it is also done with warmness and a smile. I may be biased, but I think you’d be hard-pressed to find a better team to work with!
