What is your role at Mainstay? 
As the team lead, I work closely with our Systems Administration and Client Services teams to ensure smooth client onboardings and continued proactive services across the entire Mainstay client base. I’m motivated by our mission and upholding Mainstay’s service standards by iterating existing processes and managing daily operations of all scheduled and unscheduled proactive tasks leading to efficient and stable IT systems.
What professional events do you participate in, or what skills or accomplishments have you attained, that set you apart?
I volunteer my time as an assistant coach for my sons Pop Warner league. I also am a volunteer board member for a non-profit health and fitness organization geared towards educating children and teens on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle through exercise, sports and proper nutrition.
What was your first memory of using computers?
My first experience with a computer was around 1987. My mother brought home a Packard Bell Desktop with a 20 mb hard drive. My brother and I would spend days typing pre written code from manuals to produce short animated pictures of a clicking clock or dynamite that exploded. We thought it was the coolest thing in the world. Things have changed a bit since them.

Spending quality time with my wife Kyle and my two children Nina and Anthony, at the gym or catching a local football/baseball game.
What was the last great book you read?
The last great book I read was the “People’s History of the United States” by Howard Zinn.
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
I would learn to play the guitar or spend time working on the house.
If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and why would you go there?
I would go to the Almafi coast with my wife.
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
Anything and everything. My favorite app is Shazam. I love all types of music.
What is one thing you love about your career?
I love getting to know our clients on a personal level and then having the ability to provide them with second to none support. I love working with such a strong team of professional and genuinely great people here at Mainstay.
