What is your role at Mainstay?
My role is to resolve our clients IT related issues effectively and as soon as possible.
What are your technology specialties?
I am a good troubleshooter, especially when it comes to network related issues. I am the guy who is most comfortable in the first 4 layers of the OSI model.
What was your first memory of using computers?
I was introduced to computers early in my life, but accessing the internet and opening my first web page got me really interested about the communication aspect of computers. I wanted to understand what is actually going on in the background and didn’t accept that it’s just magic.
When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…
I like cycling, kayaking, soccer and basketball.
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
I am attending a University to further my knowledge, if I had an extra 5 hours a week, I would take an additional course per semester.
If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and why would you go there?
I want to explore the world! If I had one month to travel anywhere, I would spend 1 week in Asia, Africa, Australia (and New Zealand), and South America respectively. In Asia I would visit China, in Africa I would visit Egypt, in South America I would visit Peru and in Australia I would visit Sidney.

What is your favorite sports team?
I love Manchester United and the Patriots!
What is one thing you love about your career?
I love the team environment we have at Mainstay. When there is a challenging problem, we talk about it and we resolve it.
What is one thing that everyone should know about Mainstay?
I have never seen so many talented, enthusiastic and brilliant people in one place. All of us here strive to become better at what we do and we support our team to become better at what they do!
