What is your role at Mainstay?
It is my responsibility to respond to clients’ reactive items, answer any questions, build relationships, and produce positive outcomes.
What was your first memory of using computers?
The first memory of using a computer was when I received a Commodore 64 as a present. I would write basic programs that displayed text on the screen and play text based games.
When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…
Tailgating with my friends at our self-storage unit in Foxboro, MA and attending Patriots football games. I have been a Patriots season ticket holder since 1997.
What was the last great book you read?
Eric Greitens’s , “Resilience: Hard-Won Wisdom for Living a Better Life”. The book appealed to me initially because it is written by a former Navy SEAL and humanitarian but mostly because I was at a crossroad in my life and career when the book was released. Resilience really illustrates how to overcome obstacles with positive action.
What is a silly or interesting event that you’ve participated in previously, and what did you take away from it?
Prior to being honorably discharged from the United State Marine Corps, I ran the 20th anniversary of the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C. The experience reminded me that anything is possible if you make a commitment and stick to it.
If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and why would you go there?
Singapore is where I would want to spend an entire month. I had the pleasure of meeting lifelong friends during my previous visits and enjoy the culture very much. The food choices are endless and spicy which I love. When selecting a place to eat, always make sure you choose the stall with the longest queue! You will not be disappointed.
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
I can be found listening to quite an eclectic mix of music which ranges from classical to pop and really depends on my mood. Lately I have really enjoyed modern Country music with my favorite artist being Luke Bryan.
What is one thing you love about your career?
The sense of accomplishment that comes from helping our clients solve business challenges with technology.
What is one thing that everyone should know about Mainstay?
Mainstay Technologies is a top-notch company staffed with outstanding people that always have the customers’ best interest in mind.
