I grew up in Belmont, NH and I currently live in Gilmanton, NH.

What are your technology specialties?

I love learning new tips and tricks for Excel. There are so many shortcuts and formulas you can utilize to make your job more efficient.

What professional events do you participate in, or what skills or accomplishments have you attained, that sets you apart?

I attended Plymouth State University receiving a BS in Business Administration. I spent 10 years work
ing as an
Accountant for a local non-profit.

What was your first memory of using computers?

My first memory of using a computer was in first grade, we would play Oregon Trail and Mario Teaches Typing on the big Apple computers with the green script.

When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…?

My family means the world to me and when I am not working, I am adventuring through life with my husband and two kids. We love exploring new places and the outdoors. We spend a lot of time hiking, biking, attending my son’s sporting events, and finding ways to make ourselves laugh! Life can be so serious sometimes and I believe laughter is the best medicine.

What was the last great book you read?

I’m a bookworm! The last great book I read was Finding Chika by Mitch Albom. However, my greatest book read list changes monthly as I read 2-3 books a month. Goodreads is one of my favorite apps I use to find my next read!

What is something unique about you?

My father’s side of the family is part of the Abenaki Indian tribe and my grandfather traced our family history back to the 1700’s by traveling through Vermont sorting through town records and visiting gravesites. I grew up attending many Indian Pow Wow’s and learning a lot about our Native American heritage.

What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?

I would volunteer more for our local youth programs.

If you could go anywhere for an entire month, where would it be and why would you go there?

If I could go anywhere for an entire month, it would be to Ireland. My great-grandparents on my mother’s side came from Ireland to Nova Scotia. I would spend the time traversing through the country taking in the sites and learning about the culture of the country.

What are you most frequently heard listening to?

I listen to a wide variety of music depending on my mood or what I am doing. I enjoy all genres! My favorite is any sort of live music though. Growing up my dad played guitar and vocals in local bands, which I think instilled my love for music. I was a band geek and played a variety of brass instruments from the trumpet, tuba, baritone and French horn. I also love listening to true-crime, Finance & Investing, Historical, or things you should know podcasts.
