What was your first memory of using computers?
In the mid-90s, my brother Dan and I would play Doom together. He would control the functions on the keyboard and I would control the mouse to shoot the monsters. We got halfway through the game until my mom figured out how violent it was and wouldn’t let us play it anymore.
When you’re not found in front of a computer you are…?
Spending time with my wife and three kids, riding motorcycles and reading.
What was the last great book you read?
“The Essential Drucker” by Peter Drucker.
What would you do if you had an extra 5 hours every week?
I’d travel more with my family, learn a still like engine mechanics, race motorcycles, or play music. With a list like that, I’ll probably need a lot more than 5 extra hours a week!
What are you most frequently heard listening to?
My musical taste is all over the place. When I read or study I listen to classical music and my favorite composer is Ludovico Einaudi. I also listen to heavy metal, punk, classic rock & roll and desert rock.
What is one thing you love about your career?
I love that there are always new things to learn. I enjoy the high level of coordination, communication and team work that my role entails. I also enjoy interfacing with clients, helping solve problems, and making people’s lives easier.
What is one thing everyone should know about Mainstay Technologies?
Everyone should know that Mainstay is truly a company that practices what it preaches. What stands out most to me as an employee is how accurately the company lives up to its values. The needs and concerns of the customer always come first, and I have never seen or been a part of a business that takes integrity and honesty so seriously.
